Carnival Cruise Line is continuing its series of Grinchmas in July sailings, along with a fundraising gig to support the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF).

Ashton, a two-time cancer survivor, was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer at just five days old. Funds raised will help provide care and resources for kids like Ashton."
To celebrate this initiative, Ashton and his family, dressed up in Christmas clobber, joined the Grinch onboard Carnival Splendor for an all-expenses-paid cruise, a Grinchmas gift from Carnival for the inaugural launch last year.
"We’re truly embracing the Christmas spirit in July, and we deeply appreciate Carnival's ongoing support,” said Kristina Keneally, CEO of the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation. “The funds raised this winter will directly benefit kids like Ashton, providing them with the care and resources they deserve.”
Kara Glamore, VP of Carnival Cruise Line, expressed her enthusiasm for the new initiative, stating, “We’re stoked to expand our support for the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation through this new initiative, spreading love, cheer, and, of course, FUN!"

"Carnival Cruise Line has proudly supported the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation since 2016, hosting the recurring Conga for Kids initiative onboard Carnival Splendor and raising over $300,000 to date," the spokesperson highlighted.
Earlier this year, Carnival announced its Grinchmas in July sailings, "The ship is adorned with festive decorations, offering themed food and beverages, a towering Christmas tree, and a myriad of entertainment".
